Marketing Agreement

It is agreed that the undersigned Qualified Buyer(s) desire to purchase real property and the undersigned Buyers Representative(s) has been retained to facilitate the purchase. It is further agreed that the Buyers Representative will create a marketing campaign which will make Home Sellers and their Agents aware of the needs, desires and qualifications of the Buyer. Said marketing campaign may include one or more of the following:

	Advertisements placed in local newspaper(s)
	Marketing flyers distributed in targeted neighborhoods
	Advertisements placed in “Homes for Sale” Magazines
	Direct contact with owners who are marketing their home outside the MLS (FSBO’s & Expireds)
	Diligent search of properties listed in the MLS
	Direct contact with other real estate professionals to Highlight the buyers needs
	Marketing buyers needs through Internet WEB pages and E-Mail
	Other active marketing as appropriate

Buyer(s) further agrees to allow Buyers Representatives to place a sign in the front yard or other appropriate location following the successful close of escrow on the purchased property. Said sign (“Another Satisfied Buyer Represented By JoAnn and James Outland”) will be displayed on property for ____ days following the close of escrow.
